Actions resulting from FFT feedback

Here are some of things we have changed about the surgery as a result of feedback received via the FFT survey.

  • We noted a trend that patients wanted Patches requests to be seen quicker with faster responses - Hence this is now on the practice meeting agenda and has been discussed. 
  • The above is now looked at in detail on a daily basis by the reception staff.
  • GP team was congratulated on overall good feedback although sample size was minimal.
